		<description>Yet another good reason why solar is good for Oregon, good for the USA. There is too much evidence that a substantial chunk of US dollars for foreign oil eventually ends up finding its way into the hands of terrorist, who then use those dollars to attack us. "Home grown" solar is both clean and good for the US economy, especially when it helps our own state.  Buying locally built/installed solar is a win-win for us!!</description>
